Tyree is a Customer Success Manager at GoSmarter, working directly with metals manufacturers to ensure they get real value out of the platform from day one. His background in Solutions Architecture means he understands both the technical side of deployment and the human side of change — which is exactly what manufacturers need when they’re moving away from spreadsheets and manual processes.
He brings empathy and clarity to every customer engagement. Where other people see complexity, Tyree finds the simple thread that makes a solution stick. He’s the person in the room who translates what the product does into what it actually means for a production manager’s day.
Before joining GoSmarter, Tyree built his career understanding how enterprise systems connect and how to make technology work for the people using it, not just the people specifying it. That experience shapes how he approaches onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support at GoSmarter.
He is passionate about outcomes that are human-centred — not just technically correct — and believes the best AI implementation is one that the people on the shop floor actually want to use.
