Gourav Tandon joined Nightingale HQ as Board Observer and Advisor in July 2026, when he invested in the company’s angel round. He is India Country Head at Source Code Control.

Gourav founded and scaled Source Code Control’s India operations, with offices in Delhi and Bangalore. The consultancy helps organisations manage open source software risk and secure their software supply chains. He also works across digital transformation and cyber security.
