How do I know I can trust Nightingale HQ?

Why can't I sign up?

In order to access Nightingale HQ, you must be using a company email account as opposed to a personal one. You may receive an error message if you try to sign up with a personal email address.

Are there any fees?

As an organisation or business leader looking for a data or AI consultant, it is currently free to sign up for Nightingale HQ AI Connect and find your match. Once you have matched with a consultant, it is down to you to negotiate your terms outside of the app.

Is my information public?

If you are a customer looking for a data & AI partner who can help you, partners whom you click through to or message will be able to see your details for the purpose of engaging with you. No other partners will be able to see your data. Your data is not available to other customers. Your data is not distributed to others.

How can I search for partners?

Completing your profile The more complete your profile is, the better the matches in the PARTNERS section will be. Once signed in, navigate to YOUR COMPANY and click EDIT in the corner of each section to make changes.

Can I contact partners?

After we’ve shown you the partners who match your needs, you probably want to get in touch with them after taking a look at the info they have provided.

How can I edit my company?

How can I reset my password?

Visit our Forgot Password page to get a password reset link sent to your email address.

What is a Partner?

A partner is a business that provides services around data and AI. They are typically consultancies of 1-200 people and have a specialism in a particular area.

How do I know if a partner is a good match?

Our matching algorithm will show you your best matches at the top of the ‘Partner’ page based on the parameters in your profile. You also have the option to search for partners using a keyword or add additional search criteria on the left-hand side of this page, which may further filter down the matches that you see.
