Plans are based on the tools you need and the scale you are working at. Smaller operations starting with inventory tracking and compliance documentation pay less than a large operation running the full suite across multiple sites. That is fair.

Yes. GoSmarter Insights, our free tools suite, is available at no cost with no account required. Paid plans include a free trial period so you can see the impact before you commit. Contact us to discuss trial options for your operation.

Are there long-term contracts?

No long-term lock-in. GoSmarter plans run on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans come with a discount. If you decide GoSmarter is not right for you, you can cancel at the end of your billing period with no cancellation fees, no retention calls.

What happens when we need to add more users or tools?

GoSmarter plans are designed to grow with your operation. Adding tools or users is straightforward, simply contact us and we will sort it out. There are no surprises, and pricing scales predictably as your use of the platform grows.

Do you offer support during onboarding?

Yes. Every GoSmarter plan includes onboarding support to get your team live in 1–2 days. We do not charge separately for onboarding or initial configuration. If you want more hands-on support during rollout, get in touch and we will discuss what that looks like.

Is GoSmarter subscription-based rather than a big upfront licence?

You know exactly what you are paying before you sign anything. There is no enterprise procurement process, no multi-year commitment, and no per-seat fee that multiplies into something unrecognisable. For metals manufacturers who have been quoted six-figure licence costs by traditional software vendors, GoSmarter’s subscription model is a different category of decision: a monthly operating cost you can cancel, not a capital investment you are locked into.

Where is our data stored, and what happens if we leave?

GoSmarter runs on UK and European servers only. Your data never leaves European jurisdiction, and we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your certificates, stock records, and cut plans are your data — not ours. You can export everything as CSV through the UI at any time, with no exit fee and no hoops to jump through. If your IT team needs other formats, the API supports structured data access directly. If you cancel, your data is available to export until the end of your billing period. After that, it is deleted in line with our retention policy. There is no lock-in, no data hostage situation.

Is GoSmarter right for every metals business?

GoSmarter is not right for every metals business. If you need a full multi-process MES rollout across every line, it may not be the first tool to buy.
