## GoSmarter's distributor for India

[Source Code Control](https://sourcecodecontrol.com/) is our distributor for India, working alongside Nightingale HQ to bring GoSmarter and Florence to Indian metals manufacturers with local, hands-on support.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Reading, UK, Source Code Control is a consultancy with its own offices in Delhi and Bangalore, led locally by Gourav Tandon, India Country Head. That local presence means Indian customers get onboarding, training, and implementation support delivered in their own time zone, with an in-person option in Delhi or Bangalore rather than a remote-only handoff.

## Local hands-on training for GoSmarter and Florence

As GoSmarter's India distributor, Source Code Control's Delhi and Bangalore teams provide:

- On-site and remote onboarding for new GoSmarter customers, covering setup, mill certificate handling, and cutting plan workflows
- Hands-on training for [Florence](https://florence.nightingalehq.ai/), Nightingale HQ's AI Strategy Agent, for leadership teams moving from AI ambition to a deployable plan
- Ongoing implementation support as Indian manufacturers roll GoSmarter out across sites
- A local point of contact for procurement, contracting, and support queries in India

This builds on Source Code Control's existing training model, combining in-person sessions, self-paced online courses, and bespoke programmes tailored to each customer's technology stack and processes.

## What else Source Code Control does

Source Code Control also supports customers across four wider practice areas:
