Nightingale HQ CEO to Speak at National Manufacturing Conference 2026

We’re pleased to share that Ruth Kearney, CEO of Nightingale HQ, will be speaking at the 2026 National Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition at RDS Simmonscourt, Dublin, on 27–28 May.
Ruth will speak at 11:20 on the Robotics and Automation Stage, where she will share practical insight from GoSmarter’s work across the metals sector.
Her session will focus on a challenge many manufacturers are facing right now: how to turn AI ambition into a clear strategy that delivers measurable operational value. If your team is struggling with AI strategy development, this is a great chance to connect, compare approaches, and see what is already working on the ground. In her talk, Ruth will outline practical steps leadership teams can take to move from experimentation to execution, including:
- choosing high-impact use cases tied to production outcomes
- building cross-functional ownership between operations, quality, and commercial teams
- measuring results in terms of throughput, waste, and delivery performance
The focus is practical and grounded in real manufacturing environments, especially in metals where teams need clear decisions, fast implementation, and confidence that digital investment will pay back quickly.
We’re looking forward to meeting manufacturers, partners, and industry leaders across the two days.
