It’s a Wrap – Our Year in Review

2025 was a big year for us - we launched GoSmarter, secured our first customers, are progressing investment and have just won grant funding to scale. We also strengthened our impact through strategic partnerships, setting us up for strong growth ahead. Here we share some of our highlights.

Product
This year, we launched new solutions including AI MillCert Processor, Smart Inventory, and Planning Optimiser. Some key milestones achieved:
- We expanded our steel Mill Certificates to cover additional materials, including high-performance alloys.
- Linking Heat Codes to inventory and orders has unlocked a whole new level of traceability and compliance, saving customers thousands of hours.
- We leaned fully into R&D, exploring areas we’re actively developing in such as Shape Codes (take our quiz!) and Mill Cert compliance (take our survey!).
- Building out light ERP functionality for SMEs with advanced integration and AI capabilities including our MCP server.
Customers
We welcomed our first customers and built a strong global pipeline, spanning metals, fabricated products and stockholders from North America and the APAC regions. January is shaping up to be a big month, with a wave of new customer onboardings already lined up.
Funding & Investment
We’re finalising our pre-seed round and still have room for a small number of additional investors. We’re fortunate to be joined by individuals who truly understand the space and are committed for the long term. Exciting times ahead.
We have also won the highly competitive SFIS funding from the Welsh Government, supporting our plans to scale the business over the next 24 months.
Partners

Connecting
We had a busy year contributing to manufacturing and technology events, with several standout highlights. Our Chief Product Officer, Steph Locke, contributed to manufacturing-focused sessions and workshops at Wales Tech Week. I also spoke at the National Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference in Dublin and Belfast. We also attended the SaaStock in Dublin and the UK Metals Conference in Birmingham which was a massive highlight.
2025 was the year we laid the foundations for scale —validating our product, winning our first customers and building strong momentum. We now look ahead to a rollercoaster of a ride in 2026
