Can I import data from Excel or CSV? Yes. GoSmarter supports data import from spreadsheets for materials, orders, and stock records. The getting started guides cover the import process in detail.
How does GoSmarter handle my mill certificates? Mill certificates can be uploaded directly to the platform. GoSmarter’s AI extracts key data fields automatically β chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat numbers β so you do not have to key it in manually.
Is my data secure? GoSmarter is built on Microsoft Azure with enterprise-grade security controls. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we do not share it with third parties. See the data handling documentation for full details.
